Please note:

  • Michigan election law requires us to collect a contributor’s name and address. We must also collect employment information for any contribution over $100.01. There is a maximum contribution limit in judicial elections of $1,000 per contributor, per election cycle. (current Election Cycle is 11/03/2004 through 11/02/2010)
  • The following requirements apply to contributions from a Partnership or a Limited Liability Company:Contribution is viewed as from the partnership unless the amount is attributed to members of the partnership.If a contribution is for $500 or more in a calendar year and is not attributed to members of the partnership, the partnership is required to register as a committee under the Campaign Finance Act. If the amount contributed has been attributed to members of the partnership, the amount involved does not count toward the $500 registration threshold applicable to the partnership under the Act.
